Jershon Moodie, a Graphic Designer born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario. graduated with a degree in a Bachelor of Arts for Graphic Design from OCAD University.
Growing up, I've always had a passion for art and the creative process. It took me till I was in high school to understand I was a artist and had to pursue this craft. Where a school with the motto "IGNITE IMAGINATION" chose me.
Devoted to my craft I created this hub for all my work and future projects to come. MOOD DESIGNS, the home of infinite design possibilities done by myself and my amazing collaboration partners.
The Brand MOOD | M8D
Originally Mood Designs was only branded as Jershon Moodie a graphic design freelancer. Going deeper in my field I learned I wanted to strive for a Creator Director role, and part of being a creative director is you need a confident vision, sharp decision making, and to be able to lead the direction of a brand. but how can you lead a brand if you yourself don't have a vision you're confident in. That's where Mood was created to be a gateway to my vision and to be more than just a designer.
With my last name being Moodie, That's probably a dead giveaway for the base, Being born on March 8th is where the eight and infinity come from, and the eight flipped on it's side represents the 2 O's as well as an infinity sign. The choice for the primary colour is purple because it's my favourite colour, with red and blue a close second, Purple represents perfect balance and harmony, where this reflects my approach to design where I like to make designs personable and balanced.

WELCOME TO MY PORTFOLIO, more than likely the voice in your head read the bolded caps in a shouting voice? We use large caps, lines and certain words to express emotions through text. I approach my designs in the same way; I create powerful images to get reactions the same way we do in language.
There is no clear direction to be a successful artist. All I know about being an artist is you have to be ready for on the fly creative thinking. I have learned through my studies that artists are the pioneers to new trends. My goal when designing is to push boundaries, create new trends and trust my instincts, while meeting the client’s checklist.
When I say, “Borrow My Creativity,” I want to take the unformed idea in your head and create a vision for everyone to see, exactly the way you see.
