UX/UI Design - Zoom PI (Presentation Assistant AI)
Client Mockup
Zoom PI is presentation assistant powered by AI to help in person presenters polish up on their public speaking skills where the presentation assistant provides you with a transcript and fill word counter, to keep you from rambling, and ensure you touch all the subjects, highlight questions and highlight words that you say often that take away from your message and confidences.
What you see here in the first image is what I was given to start and the functions I need to cover and redesign.
New Logo and Button/Functions Creation
This first mockup you will see my redesigns for the buttons, their functions and the new logo design created by me.
First Draft
This is my first redesign where it was just to establish more of theme and design consistency, where I purposed the possiblity of also a light and dark function.
Second Draft - Home screen
All this information is a lot for a user to digest so I decided to make the presentation tab and home settings separate windows within the program, featuring a tab button that hides the prompters buttons and fill words to keep the design presentation focused without the distraction of the of the buttons and fill words and the counter increasing.
Second Draft - Present Mode + New Feature
This image shows the presentation screen AKA the smart prompter. I envisioned the smart prompter functioning like the Apple Music lyrics section with a fading rotator to show what topic you should be covering during the presentation.

This is the presentation screen with the hide tab active where the presentation mode presents everything vertical.
Apple Watch compatibility
Zoom PI will be Apple device compatible where you see meet and the lead programmer discussing function and possible design.
Third Draft Mockups
After better grasping the product I'm creating and all it's functions what you are seeing in this image is my redesign for the home screen where now Mike the Lead of the project is conflicted between the color theme and adding more functions for me to incorporate in the presentation tab.
Third Draft - Home Screen
This is the first explorations with color for the new Home Screen and functions.
Third Draft - Present Mode - (Settings off)
This is the revised presentation mode for the prompter section where it will automatically go into a dark mode.
I also decided with all the desired functions, we keep the prompter screen presentation driven and take all the distractions, pushing everything to a settings tab.

I found the box distracting so we used the icons and and invisible line the words wipe into queuing the next prompt to be the main feature

This is my final revision where we decided to switch to a red and minimize settings and details that did not needed to be highlighted as a main function

App | Game | Character Design - PoliRun (Mobile Game)
Polirun Introduction + App Icon Design
- My next project was joining the ongoing project for this upcoming app game called Polirun where is was a combination of flappy bird, pac-man and presidential history quiz as it covered the adventure of Donald trumps second run as the company anticipated his reinstatement as president during the 2020 election.

Character Design
- With the style refrence of the last designer my job was to create new characters and enemies that were not extremely different from the ongoing style.
Enemy Design + Power up Updates
- On this image features my requested enemy designs and my revisions for the powers as they looked out of place during the testing phase where I had to create ones that better fit the games style choice.
Campaign Banners + Compass Feature
- The next was campaign banners for the story chapters and designing a compass feature which I envsioned to rotate and be sychorinzed with the movements and the arrow turns red and treasure or the goal.
Angry Tweeter Minigame Redesign
- After assisting with the main visuals I took lead on the Angry bird like mini game and had to make it unique. the game had to much resemebalance to angry birds I decided to give it a full twitter redesign where the bombs would be different tweets, the structures were firewall and opposing candidates you are destroying would be feature pop up tweets as you battled in
Enemy and Obstacle Design
- I finished the characters, redesigned the structures and purposed of a bird society redesign if they face issues using exact likeness of of presidential candidates.
